Celebrating great American folk, ballads, light rock and blues.

The Lido Bar & Grille

The Lido Bar & Grill has become a Carmichael institution.  Owners Don and Shawna Rivera have grown this spot into a favorite eatery and watering hole.

TBD's first engagement was at the Lido in July of 2008, and we've have played there monthly since.  We're usually scheduled for the first Saturday of the month - though scheduling conflicts sometimes alter that. Be sure to check our calendar.

The atmosphere is mellow and welcoming, the food is good, prices are reasonable, and the patrons are a nice bunch of people; it's pretty hard to go wrong taking some time at the Lido.

Located just east of the "Y" (Fair Oaks & Manzanita), almost to California Ave., the Lido is conveniently located.  Saturday evenings, when we play, numerous businesses nearby are closed, so parking is never a problem.

News:

2011 is shaping up to be a great year for Vintage Fare.

In addition to our monthly appearance at The Lido, we were:
  • Invited back to perform the closing show for A Taste of Carmichael,
  • Engaged to play a wonderful private birthday party in Shingle Springs,
  • Hired to provide the entertainment for Congressman John Garamendi's re-election fund-raiser on Garamenti's beautiful ranch near Molulmne Hill (over 1,200 tickets were sold!)
  • Invited to return to the California State Fare, with two of our performances taking Center Stage.
As if that weren't enough, we're presently in the studio working on our second CD.

Keep an eye on our calendar, much is coming.
